Week 2 day 1-
Oops! What happens when a day-off turns into another day-off then you feel like your entire plan is messed up? If your like me then you instinctively want to shut everything down rethink it all, which for me could take weeks, then 'start over' when you've got a new plan down. Hello! That's not realistic.
I completely goofed on my workout routine. The plan was to workout 6 days in a row, then take a day off to let my body recharge. but I messed up my day-off. In my plan I was taking Sundays but then thought that Saturday would be better. So I didn't work out yesterday- skipping the last cardio day of week one's second set. I had planned to get up this morning and do day one of week 2. Then I went through my day thinking great I have the day off how nice...bum.bum.bum... so no workout. Ugh!
My brain was still thinking of the original plan and with the busyness and craziness of the last few days I can't even remember why I wanted Saturday off in the first place. Since it would take too long for me to think it out I'll just get off my booty and start fresh tomorrow. I'm not sure what workout to do yet but come morning I will do something. The important thing is that I am moving.
